Jigs & Fixtures

Mirage design and manufacture a range of jigs and fixtures, from simplistic manual setting jigs through to fully automated welding fixtures for integration into robot cells.

Utilising client’s 3D CAD data our design team are able to model jigs & fixtures to suit complex 3D surfaces and then manufacture directly from the surface data. 

Over the years Mirage have completed a variety of different types of jigs and fixtures including:

• Assembly fixtures
• Engine assembly fixtures
• Weld fixtures for a variety of vehicle panel sub assemblies
• Robot put down fixtures and take out trolleys
